My work at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg encompasses a broad range of marketing tactics that include, but not limited to, supervising a team of 10 employees and interns; creating and managing different levels of branding & graphic design elements in multiple departments within Student Affairs; expanding the marketing department into a design firm, a print center, and a digital magazine; working with official external communications & marketing to create and manage digital assets, and research & initiate e-mail and social media campaigns.

• Increase weekly e-mail newsletter open rates (from 5,500 student population) to an average of 34.2% (a/b & keyword testing)
• Produce yearly report booklets to an approximate staff & faculty population of 750.
• Increase event space bookings revenue goal through social media and print marketing, e-mail campaigns, and implementation of online inquiry form by 12% (within 1 year).
